Job Overview

Stefani Prime is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their seats, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Ensure the dining room is well-organized and maintained, with condiments and tableware replenished as needed.
  • Respond to menu inquiries and memorize daily specials to provide excellent service.
  • Direct customers to their seats, ensuring tables are set properly and menus are sanitized.
  • Make reservations, plan seating charts, and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with extended hours of standing.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food services industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
