Job Summary:

Providence is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in assessing, coordinating, developing, and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' medical history, physical condition, and exercise capacity to develop personalized exercise programs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs that promote patient safety, progress, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide ongoing support and education.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program or related field.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
