Job Title: Underground Lineman

HHS Construction, a Congruex company, is seeking an experienced Underground Lineman to join our team. As a key member of our wireless/engineering/construction team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining underground communication networks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Rod existing conduit structures to prepare for cable installation
  • Install and set conduit, pedestals, and hand-holes to support network infrastructure
  • Place fiber optic cable in existing underground conduit structures
  • Ensure all work is performed with a focus on safety and compliance with governmental regulations
  • Enter manholes and confined spaces to perform maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to rod conduit and work in confined spaces
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, rodders, ventilation equipment, gas testers, and water pumps
  • Ability to work in inclement weather conditions and outdoors
