Salary
As a Wastewater Operations Manager, you can expect to earn a competitive weekly pay of $63,000 to $80,000, with the opportunity to grow your career and advance in the company.

Job Description
The Wastewater Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily activities related to wastewater operations, ensuring temperature controls of the final product are adequate, and maintaining wastewater pumps in good working condition. The ideal candidate will also oversee the loading and unloading of product, ensure proper laboratory analysis, and assist with budgets preparation for the corn operations department. Additionally, the Wastewater Operations Manager will support all operations in a safe manner, enforce proper usage of PPE, and ensure all wastewater areas are clean and free from trash and construction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of wastewater operations and management. You will also need to be able to direct and advise wastewater programs, act as a liaison between Operations Manager and local management leadership team, and develop and update control mechanisms such as SOPs or other local policies.

Job Duties
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring consistent flow and temperatures of wastewater are adequate at the plant.

• Supporting in directing wastewater program needs, such as ensuring clean filters.

• Maintaining and ensuring proper required documentation and equipment for wastewater within ISO mandate.

• Purchasing supplies of wastewater program as needed.

• Scheduling, supporting, training, supervising and coaching the wastewater team.

• Advising and directing wastewater programs as per federal, state, and local environmental laws.
