Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista Team Member. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, dining area, and stockroom
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
