Job Summary

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by performing various tasks related to dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using manual or machine methods.
  • Polish silverware using burnishing machines and chemical dips.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
  • Keep the dish area clean and organized, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help load and unload supplies and product.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
