About the Role:
As a Medical Receptionist/Scheduler at MRI Associates, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology center. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register patients, collect and process payments, and maintain patient confidentiality
• Schedule appointments, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and optimize patient flow
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
• Collaborate with the Radiology Center Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient experience

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Administrative Assistant Certification preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting; knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems an asset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information; adherence to company policies and procedures

Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
