Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Imaging Procedures: Perform both specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring patient comfort and understanding.
  • Patient Care: Explain procedures and processes to patients, maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional work environment.
  • Image Review: Review images for proper identification and quality control.
  • Documentation: Maintain required documentation pertaining to x-ray imaging.
  • Medical Assistant Duties: Take vital signs, record health history, and manage electronic medical records (EMR).
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification: Active certification for radiology technologists.
  • Medical Experience: Advanced MD experience; Epic experience preferred (EMR).
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and patient care skills, especially in handling upset patients.
  • Front and Back Office Experience: Front and back office experience.
