Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on trailers to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with trailer equipment and perform necessary repairs
  • Conduct safety inspections and prepare required documentation
  • Interpret work orders and technical manuals to complete tasks
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in trailer repair or a related field
  • Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
  • Must have own tools
  • Valid CDL and acceptable MVR required if driving on public roads
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include lifting and moving heavy equipment, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and hazardous materials.
