We are a Non-Medical, Home & Community Based Service (HCBS) Provider for CHOICES, offering compassionate care for AmeriGroup and United Healthcare.

Our agency was founded in 2009 and licensed by Medicaid in 2011.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist elderly or disabled clients with their daily needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
  • Assist with physical therapy exercises and mobility.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience as a caregiver is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work different shifts and some weekends.
