Caregivers - Healthcare Support Professionals

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers for a range of roles including Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Respite Specialists. Our caregivers provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily care and support to participants in their homes or in a group setting
- Assisting with personal care, health management, and daily living activities
- Encouraging social interaction, recreational activities, and community engagement
Requirements:
- DSPs: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years experience in direct support preferred
- CNAs: Valid KY CNA license; 1-2 years experience in healthcare support preferred
- Respite Specialists: 1-2 years experience in DSP role; ability to work independently and make decisions under supervision
