Job Summary
The Automotive Service Center Supervisor is accountable for achieving sales and profitability objectives, guiding, mentoring, and managing service center staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role involves assisting in the upkeep of all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. There are significant opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, ideally within the retail sector
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of inventory management techniques and responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of tires, tire-related services, automotive services, and the retail business landscape
  • Awareness of the financial implications of pricing strategies, discounts, and profit margins
  • Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 lbs., and push/pull up to 60 lbs. for a significant portion of the workday
  • Capability to lift/carry over 60 lbs. and push/pull over 60 lbs. for a limited portion of the workday

Preferred Experience:
Five or more years of experience in the automotive sector in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
