Automotive Master Mechanic

At Pauline's Automotive, we're on the hunt for a skilled Automotive Master Mechanic to join our team of experts. As a key player in our Sebastopol, CA shop, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch car care and exceptional customer service to our valued friends and neighbors.

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry
• Strong diagnostic skills and expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications are highly preferred, along with any additional relevant licenses

• A competitive salary of $52,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance
• A $3k sign-on bonus, paid out over 6 months
• A 5-day workweek with weekends to recharge and conquer the world
