Job Title: Wealth Management Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to join our team at Inscription Capital. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients in managing their wealth.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with financial advisors to build their business and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of client portfolios, including account analysis and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional client service.
  • Interact with clients to support their servicing needs and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with eMoney financial planning software a plus.
  • A college degree is preferred, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework in finance, business, or a related field.
