Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Support: Provide timely and accurate loan support to assigned commercial and agricultural lenders, ensuring all loan files are complete and compliant with bank policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Processing: Prepare and process loan documentation, including loan applications, credit reports, and other relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collateral Tracking: Assist loan officers with collateral tracking, including phone calls and letters to customers, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a two-year associate degree required; or a four-year degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of bank experience or previous administrative experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Self-starter, accuracy, positive attitude, team player, time management, customer service.
