About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our Dunkin' team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing store operations, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Operate a POS system, take orders, and collect payment.
  • Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction.
  • Clean and maintain the store, including cooking and prep areas.
  • Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Account for food quality and quantity.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 50lbs from one area to another).
  • Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
  • Basic math skills and written/verbal skills.
