Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the activities of Client Support Representatives and/or Customer File Specialists.
  • Manages workflow and monitors workload to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Evaluates phone interactions, call metrics, and other client communications, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  • Offers direct assistance to designated accounts.
  • Ensures adequate phone coverage, scheduling, performance management, and addresses personnel matters.

  • Requires foundational knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the professional domain.
  • Utilizes standard theories, principles, and concepts to propose actionable solutions.
  • Operates under general supervision, relying on experience and judgment to achieve assigned objectives.
  • May assist in orienting, training, and reviewing the work of peers.
  • Judgment is essential for resolving daily operational challenges.
  • Engages primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers, with frequent interactions with external contractors/vendors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours as required.

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to sit and communicate effectively. Frequent use of hands for handling tasks and reaching is necessary, with occasional standing and walking. Employees may need to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
