Job Title: Security Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Security Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the work of Security Floor Agents assigned to respective shifts. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as senior agent on assigned shifts, ensuring a high level of guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Implement and effectively carry out emergency, safety, and security programs and procedures as needed.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility, inspecting and reporting on compliance with safety and security procedures.
  • Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents, including damage or injury to the facility or employees.
  • Provide support for client-contracted event security and assist with assignments and permitting for temporary parking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four years of security experience in a large facility, with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • City and County of Denver Security Guard License required.
  • Valid and current Class C Colorado Driver License preferred.

Working Conditions:

The Security Floor Supervisor will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent climbing of stairs, standing on cement floors, and exposure to adverse weather conditions. The ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds to desk level is also required.
