Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our team at ALLSTATE: Sandoval Insurance & Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels, including in-person, online, phone, and written communication.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Actively prospect for new clients and solicit increases in existing client coverage, as well as network for new business opportunities.
  • Obtain best coverage and rate for insured clients, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage, following up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
  • Present policies to insured clients and educate them on coverages and rates.
  • Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and review key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved and execute sales activity documentation in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
  • Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education to stay informed about industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology.
Requirements
  • Hold the required insurance license and have a minimum of two years of personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a source of reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Have a proven track record of business-to-business sales success and possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems.
