Job Summary:

The Senior Mission Assurance Manager at EVONA plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our space mission programs. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in mission assurance, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Material Review Board and Failure Review Board activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement reliability analyses to support program deliverables and analysis.
  • Collaborate with program management team members to identify and mitigate risks associated with mission success.
  • Provide leadership in the identification, mitigation, and communication of mission assurance status and risks to mission success.
  • Experience in Design/Test Readiness/Manufacturing Readiness Reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Understand and mitigate risks associated with radiation effects on space missions.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal Product Line Mission Assurance Manager.

Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in a related mission assurance or quality role, preferably in the space industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, System Safety Engineering, Environment/Safety/Health, Reliability, Parts Engineering, and Materials and Processes.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and Processes.
  • Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
