Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs and considering the impact of all decisions/actions on the client.
- Tax Preparation: Conduct thorough in-person interviews with potential clients, using our proprietary tax software application, to prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide clear explanations of tax laws and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve tax-related questions and issues, and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient tax preparation services.
- Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably in sales, service, and tax preparation.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of computer functions and math, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required.
