The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR, including developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 per year. Additional benefits include flexible hybrid work arrangements, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
