Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional candidate experiences, coordinating new hire processes, and providing administrative support to our hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Experience: Assist the HR team in delivering outstanding candidate experiences through timely and courteous communication, ensuring seamless interactions with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- New Hire Coordination: Coordinate new hire processes from initial requests to onboarding using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Background Checks and Skills Assessment: Coordinate background checks and skills assessments to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Scheduling Interviews: Schedule candidate interviews, both onsite and virtual, utilizing our ATS for efficient scheduling.
- Data Management: Update candidate records with scheduling updates in the ATS, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Recruiting Activities: Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency, tracking recruiting activities, and providing weekly status updates.
- Reporting: Generate metrics reports for internal use, meetings, and leadership distribution, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in human resources.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Calendar management tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquette and a customer-focused attitude.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit, thriving in environments where teamwork and mutual support are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Judgment and Discretion: Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and sensitivity, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Valid Driver's License: Possession of a current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
What We Offer
C&R Management Group LLC offers a competitive salary of $23-$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional compensation, including a monthly cell phone stipend of $75 and mileage reimbursement for business-related travel. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, employee-paid voluntary insurance options, a flexible spending medical/dependent care savings account, and access to a 401(k) program with an employer match after 90 days of employment. You will also receive paid sick time, vacation, nine paid holidays, and your birthday off.
