About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an IAM Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting large-scale IAM projects for our government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the identity lifecycle and articulate access requirements
  • Define enterprise identity records and implement enterprise-class solutions
  • Design, deploy, and support systems that verify user privileges and manage credentials
  • Implement single sign-on and privileged access systems
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to clients on technical services to support the integration of ICAM initiatives
  • Develop executive-level briefings, white papers, and recommendations for clients
  • Obtain a Secret clearance
Requirements
  • Experience with commercial Identity and Access Management platforms
  • Experience with enterprise directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Manager and Identity Governance principles
  • Knowledge of the Federal policy landscape and guidance
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Ability to develop executive-level briefings and white papers
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Entrus PKI Certificate Authority and Entrus products and services
  • Experience implementing Smart Card Login
  • Experience with developing and deploying PKI solutions and x.509 certificates
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services
  • Knowledge of credential service providers for citizen service-facing applications
  • Ability to consult with clients in the strategic design process
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
