About the Role:

This role involves performing general custodial duties, including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of school buildings and equipment. You will work effectively with minimal supervision, anticipate and replenish consumable supplies, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a clean and organized school environment
  • Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Ensuring that materials are labeled and stored properly
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate totals, percentages, ratios, and portions accurately
  • Maintains high expectations for appropriate conduct and watches for situations that may indicate a problem
Work Environment:

You will work in a fast-paced educational setting, interacting with students, teachers, and staff. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
