We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at Medical City Hospice & Family Care. As a paraprofessional member of our interdisciplinary group, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Attend to patients' requests promptly and report any concerns to the Hospice Director or Director of Clinical Services
- Observe patients and report observations, documenting care performed
- Provide positive communication techniques to patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and respect
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- No prior experience required
