  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining a customer-friendly environment, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
  • Merchandise Management: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store.
  • Sales and Operations: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintain proper cash accountabilities, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate customer requests to management, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: A commitment to service excellence, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 60 pounds frequently, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend, reach, lift, and climb.
