Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Wheel Alignment Specialist to join our team at NORTHWEST TIRE.

This role involves performing precise alignments on passenger vehicles and light trucks, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical systems and brake operations. We offer full-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and oversee equipment and machinery for aligning vehicle components and assemblies.
  • Keep detailed records of all alignment tasks and outcomes.
  • Inspect components and assemblies to verify alignment accuracy.
  • Calibrate tools and machines to maintain high standards of precision.
  • Diagnose and resolve any alignment-related issues.
  • Offer technical assistance to fellow technicians as needed.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience and additional skills. Proficiency in performing alignments is highly valued.

We utilize top-tier Hunter brand equipment and are open to training candidates with a mechanical background, although prior experience is preferred. A willingness to learn is essential for those requiring training.

Job Type: Full-time with a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off begins immediately and is available after a specified period. Our work schedule includes no Sundays, with most shifts rotating half-day Saturdays. Standard operating hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available as needed.
