Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver low-code/no-code solutions through analysis, design, development, implementation, and support.
  • Implement commercial hardware/software solutions tailored to DOC requirements.
  • Develop and support custom applications addressing unique DOC challenges and needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of IT-related experience in software development.
  • Experience in application design, development, support, and maintenance, including hardware and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Analytical, technical research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties.
  • Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps/Cloud technologies: Azure, containerization, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
  • Basic knowledge of application development using current technologies:.NET/C#, Moq, React, Jest, SQL, and Bicep.
