You are eligible to pursue a career at HRG at the Operations Manager level if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a QSR Operations Manager and possess a friendly, positive demeanor with the ability to effectively teach, coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can deliver an outstanding experience for both guests and team members, maintaining a fun, flexible, and fulfilling atmosphere while exceeding operational standards.
  • Are focused on achieving strong profit and loss performance through team development, maintaining daily operational controls, and strategic management of food and labor.
  • Are willing to work Sunday through Saturday, starting early mornings at 4am and finishing by 1:30pm.
