About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Palmyra, PA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and performing a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems
  • Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts and shocks
  • Complete state-mandated inspections
  • Change oil and filters
  • Check fluids and replace worn parts
  • Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
  • PA State Inspection License
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
