Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they are registered and informed about their visit.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintain regular communication with various stakeholders, including legal representatives, insurance providers, and operational teams.
  • Handle patient payments, manage insurance verifications, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Provide patients with essential information regarding their upcoming appointments during checkout.
  • Address inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a therapy or healthcare setting.
  • At least one year of experience in a front desk role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to engage in walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Manual dexterity for typing and data entry tasks.
  • Capability to lift and carry supplies as needed.
  • Visual and auditory acuity to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
