Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the Bank Secrecy Act compliance program at InBank. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.

Salary and Benefits

The targeted hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Bank Secrecy Act/AML/OFAC compliance program.
  • Monitor changes to BSA/AML regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Establish and adjust rules and thresholds for transaction monitoring based on risk assessments and emerging trends.
  • Perform periodic tuning and validation of the monitoring system to ensure effectiveness.
  • Review and investigate alerts for potentially suspicious activity, ensuring proper documentation and escalation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in BSA/AML compliance, preferably within a banking environment.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • CAMS certification preferred.
