Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Location: Quick service & fast food restaurant


About the Job:


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.


Duties:



  • Filling orders and providing excellent customer service
  • Suggestive selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Receiving money and accurately counting back change
  • Being responsible for all cash issued and received at your register during your shift
  • Counting down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy

Requirements:



  • Good communication skills
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Stand for an extended period of time
  • Occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
