Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $109,4201 to $120,341.23 per year, making it one of the most competitive in the industry. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits including 15K sign on bonus, 40K retention bonus, 3K relocation assistance, and a 7/7 schedule with launch and recovery from home base each trip.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join a world-class organization and take your career to new heights. As a pilot with AirMed International, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe conduct of flights, exercising operational control, and supervising the functions of other crew members. You will work closely with our global operations center to ensure that all flights are well-planned and executed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in aviation, including experience as a PIC in a multi-engine aircraft. You will also need to hold or be eligible to hold an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate, meet the minimum flight experience requirements, and maintain a First Class Medical Certificate. In addition, you must be able to walk, bend, stand, sit, crouch unassisted for extended periods of time, lift 70 pounds, and work day and night shift.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Complying with the duties and responsibilities contained within AirMed International's general operating manual
- Ensuring the aircraft is ready for mission in coordination with AirMed's global operations center
- Complying with all applicable FARs and OpSpecs
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner to include being sensitive to the environment you are in at all times
This position reports to the Base Lead Pilot, Chief Pilot, and Director of Operations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with these leaders to achieve our shared goals and objectives.
