About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Load Specialist to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our data governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data loads, while also maintaining and improving our data load processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our data load tools, including LSMW and ABAP, to ensure they meet our business requirements and technical dependencies.
  • Ensure data uploads are completed with the required quality and within the requested schedules.
  • Support assigned projects and deliverables, including SAP implementation projects and related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our data load tools and processes.
  • Develop and implement data quality improvements and refinements to our load tools and processes.
  • Provide guidance on the development of changes to new or existing load processes and tools.
  • Work closely with internal team members, business stakeholders, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data governance or related SAP field areas.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of SAP data load experience, with solid skills in SAP load tools (LSMW and/or SAP Consolidation & Mass Processing).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Structured and detailed working methodology, with a continuous improvement approach and process-oriented mindset.
