Load Builder Yard Specialist

At Builders FirstSource, we are seeking a skilled Load Builder to join our team in the yard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Operate various lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials around the warehouse, shop, or yard, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Determine the optimal weight, composition, and placement of loads to ensure efficient and safe transportation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
