We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Staff to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the venue, including restrooms, corridors, and public areas.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of assets.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling event equipment, and collaborate with other staff members to address maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
