Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MTLA to lead our clinical laboratory team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the laboratory according to applicable guidelines and standards.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and play a key role in our laboratory operations. You will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining quality controls, managing personnel, and participating in night and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Management and organization of the laboratory
- Ensuring and maintaining quality controls
- Personnel management, including training and performance evaluations
- Participation in night and weekend shifts
- Completed training as an MTLA
- Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and willingness to cooperate
- Initiative, dedication, and assertiveness
- Responsible and independent work
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
