About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ojo Spa Resorts. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on various systems and equipment, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Respond to emergency calls for service and ensure prompt resolution to minimize disruptions to our guests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
