Job Title: Tax Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Liaison to join our team at Reap Financial, a boutique investment advisory firm in Austin, Texas. As a Tax Liaison, you will play a critical role in streamlining clients' tax preparation experience by liaising between clients and our preferred CPAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our tax professionals, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of tax-related matters.
  • Provide expert tax guidance to clients, advising them on tax optimization strategies and helping them make informed decisions to maximize their long-term savings.
  • Support the client service team during non-peak tax seasons, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the year.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations, applying this knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
  • Document customer interactions using our CRM, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • A college degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax planning, with a strong background in personal tax preparation and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is essential.
  • Familiarity with tax software is a must.
