We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our team in Northern California. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our health center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to our healthcare team
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Board eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in outpatient rural health care
- Strong clinical and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a rural setting
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to $300K (negotiable)

- CME allowance of $3,000 per year and paid licensing
