Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Summa Health System. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide clinical mental health services to patients, including patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing therapy to adult outpatient populations
Develop and implement effective treatment plans, document services provided, and communicate with other providers
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial care to patients
Demonstrate experience with managed care reimbursement, including utilization review and appropriateness of care concepts

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
Active Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), LPCC, Psychologist, or LMFT
Three years of experience in the outpatient therapy setting
Demonstrated competency in conducting diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy with adult outpatient populations
