  • Reporting and Administration: Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner, monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs, and understand all information in the daily reporting of store operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and perform all price change requests, mark downs/ups, and enforce all company policies and established procedures.
  • Safety and Security: Enforce all safety and security issues, report any and all unsafe conditions, conduct regular safety and security meetings, and document with employee signatures.
  • Incident Reporting: Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or accidents following company procedure.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Lifts and carries stock weighing up to fifty (50) pounds while stocking shelves and cooler, stands and walks 8-10 hours a day on a tile or concrete surface, pulls and pushes up to fifty (50) pounds to move stock, bends and stoops to stock low shelves in store, cooler, and to clean.
  • Mathematical Ability: Maintains control of cash, balances register within $1 each shift, controls lottery ticket inventory, and ensures customers pay for all merchandise.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and mathematical ability are required.
  • Availability: Availability to work any hour, any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
