Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless equipment operation and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance data.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
