Mechanic II Specialist

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless equipment operation and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance data.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
