CNA II Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant II to provide individual care to a young adult with a gastrostomy feeding tube in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide bolus feeding through a gastrostomy feeding tube (G-Tube)
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), redirect, and console the patient
  • Meet the student at home and transport them to school
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience within the last year or 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
  • Approved on the NC Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II Listing
  • Certified as CNA II in NC and listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
  • CPR certified (no online courses accepted)
  • G-Tube feeding experience
