Salary: $15,000 Bonus + competitive pay per visit compensation model with 6-month orientation pay guarantee

Job Description: We are looking for compassionate registered nurses to lead and collaborate on patient care plans, supporting patients in Fort Myers and Lee County. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting, meeting critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrate self-management skills, effectively managing time and schedule.
  • Utilize technology, including tablets and EMR software, to support patient care.

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state of employment.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and clinical competence.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to spend 20% of workday driving to/from patient locations.
