Job OverviewAs a Front Desk Ambassador at Sagora Senior Living Inc., your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front desk and ensure that all communications are handled professionally and efficiently. This includes greeting guests, managing mail and messages, and directing calls as needed.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area, keeping it clean and presentable throughout the day. Additionally, you may be required to make rounds around the community to ensure security procedures are being followed.
One of the key qualities we look for in our Front Desk Ambassadors is excellent communication skills. You must be able to provide clear and concise information to residents, families, and other team members, both in person and over the phone.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 6 months of related experience is desirable
- Multitasking and time-management skills are essential
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills are necessary
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required
