As a Project Manager, you will be a proactive leader with outstanding communication abilities, responsible for steering engineering projects in partnership with our procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the various stages of project life cycles, ensuring compliance with established enterprise and program management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies for Large-Scale Energy Storage System projects, driving the company towards a sustainable energy future.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer's project manager and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and evaluate project timelines, cost estimates, material requirements, budgets, and supplier quotes.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure adherence to cost, time, quality, and execution standards.
  • Engage with clients regularly to ascertain project specifications and timelines during the execution phase.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders involved, ensuring professional management from system integration through to installation and commissioning.
  • Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies, making informed decisions on trade-offs and contingency plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • At least 4 years of direct project management experience, with a strong understanding of customer requirements and effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly in solar, energy storage, or utility-scale construction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering challenges, manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and customer service related to project engineering.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project for scheduling.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing resources, timelines, and quality.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
