Quality Control and Compliance Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

Nutritional Supplement Manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Control and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize quality systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and clients to ensure smooth interactions and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality leadership, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of quality professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, microbiology, or food science.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
